Akshara Yoga School

I truly loved how Varvara and Saurabh made us feel at home while providing the most inspiring yoga course during our retreat! I’ve started to understand how to live yoga, not just practice it. Akshara School is truly the best place to dive deep into this journey.

Anyone can have access to “yoga asana practice” these days, but yogic philosophy might not be the case. Learning the philosophy / ideas of ancient yogic texts from Saurabh opened my eyes on so many levels. I received great knowledge to continue / deepen my study even now that I’ve left the course.

I also learned a lot from Saurabh’s family, like how to cook Indian foods. For self-study, I did Indian influenced drawings, which helped me calm my mind and connect with my creative energy. Saurabh’s family was always helpful whenever I needed to access anything. It was a great experience bonding with them.

Location in a calm and quiet family farm. The contact with teacher family it was very nice. The cats in school.:-). Not big classes so you can have more time to learn and discuss with the teacher. For a first Yoga TTC 200hours retreat we recommend this school to our friends and other students.
