Anouk leads the movement and relaxation sessions during the retreats. Her approach combines stretching, strength, breathing, and deep relaxation in an accessible and down-to-earth way. Yoga, nature, and surfing have been an important part of her life for years. For her, movement is not only about the body, but also about slowing down, being present, and reconnecting with oneself. With years of experience as a yoga teacher and retreat host, she creates sessions where everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience or level.

Soraya, founder of Food4theSoul, prepares the nutritious meals during the retreats. Her cuisine is colorful, pure, and inspired by various world cuisines and her Tunisian roots. She cooks with seasonal produce, local ingredients, and above all, a lot of love. Food that not only tastes good but also truly recharges you. With her, you will enjoy gentle retreats, connecting, and being fully focused on well-being, nature, and true rest.
