Jodie is a dedicated teacher with over 25 years of experience in yoga and Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Certified in Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, she brings a lighthearted approach and humor to her practice. Jodie shares ancient wisdom to promote wellness off the mat while guiding alignment during sessions. Her classes also incorporate breathwork, meditation, and compassion. Outside of yoga, Jodie works as a classroom teacher, dog walker, and sugar glider sitter. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring nature with her husband.
