The Yoga was next level. The sessions really helped with my flexibility and stamina. I felt challenged but supported.

This was my first Yoga retreat and so I was unsure what to expect, but I was blown away by the intensity of the combination of yoga exercises, meditation and workshop classes. I've been practising yoga for several years so I was particularly interested in exploring the self-reflection and related emotional and spiritual activities and in this respect I was certainly not disappointed. For me, there was a great balance of yoga practice at various levels (fairly strenuous at times!) with meditation (including chanting which is new for me) and both 1to1 and group discussions, all expertly guided by Rad. This resulted in some great physical exercise and a pretty intense spiritual and emotional release which is unlike anything that I have experienced before. I would go so far as to say that I expect this to have been a life-changing, watershed moment. Many thanks Rad!
