In this practice, the hammock guides us through feminine movements and proper body alignment. Starting with basic hammock usage and gradually progressing through four levels; half tibia, knee, under glutes, and hip level - helps build confidence and control. The 100-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is open to yoga teachers seeking to expand their skills, dedicated practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding, wellness professionals wanting to incorporate Aerial Yoga into their practices, and beginners eager to explore its benefits. The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.

Teaching Practice, Methodology & Technique

Alignment and hands-on adjustments for Aerial Yoga asanas will be thoroughly explored in this training. You will receive in-depth instruction to enhance your teaching abilities and refine the way you plan and structure your classes.

The course also covers essential teaching techniques such as demonstration, observation, assisting, and offering effective corrections. You’ll develop greater skill in delivering clear verbal cues, discover various teaching styles, and understand the core qualities that define an impactful and inspiring

  • Student-Led Classes:

You will gradually take responsibility for leading group Yin classes. They will receive feedback on sequencing, instruction clarity, and overall teaching presence.

This section aims to provide both a personal deepening of breath and meditation practices, while also preparing students to confidently teach and guide others in these transformative practices.

Inclusive Book Manual:

Receive a comprehensive manual that serves as your guide throughout the course, offering valuable resources to reinforce your learning across all facets of yoga, from philosophy to practical techniques.
