Lisa Ressegatti
India has captured her heart since she first arrived 17 years ago and started learning about Yoga. Since then India and Yoga have been part of her life, teaching her many lessons and bringing her back to myself one breath at a time. Yoga is a path of freedom by surrendering to her practice and what keeps her grounded. Lisa practice Ashtanga, but loves to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. She has been working in tourism for many years, creating customized itineraries for individual travels worldwide and traveling to unique destinations while working as a tour guide.
Thilo Keller
Thilo unterrichtet mit Fokus auf anatomisch sinnvolle, klar geführte und intelligent aufgebaute Bewegung. Die Haltungs- und Bewegungsprinzipien, die er vermittelt, unterstützen nicht nur auf der Matte, sondern wirken auch wohltuend im Alltag, im Sport und natürlich beim Wandern. In seinem Unterricht entsteht ein achtsamer Raum, in dem du deinen Körper bewusst wahrnehmen, deine Atmung erforschen und Bewegung neu entdecken kannst. Fließende Sequenzen wechseln sich mit Momenten des Innehaltens und tiefen Dehnens ab. Jede Stunde endet mit einer geführten Tiefenentspannung.
