Lalitha Yoga Academy

The knowledge and skill of the teachers really helped to improve both our physical and spiritual practice. To get the most from this retreat you need to fully embrace all aspects of the teacher training programme as there is soooo much to learn in the short time you are there. We loved it!

The best thing about this retreat is the pure heart intention that’s clearly reflected in absolutely everything; The warm and friendly welcome, checking that I was happy and content, always incredibly helpful when I needed assistance.

All the staff are kind and helpful. The yoga teachers are insanely good and I learned so much from them.

Beautiful artwork was being painted everywhere throughout my stay and I got to watch it all transform over the 3 weeks. The food was exquisite! I truly loved every meal. My room was huge and the bed was comfortable and I had a lovely little balcony.

The cliff and shops are one minute away and you can hear the ocean from the Academy. It’s only a short walk to the beach and there are eagles and kites everywhere! So so beautiful. It’s a special place, that’s for sure. I’ve made memories I won’t forget and forged special new friendships along the way.

Die Gemeinschaft war wundervoll, die Lehrer hatte sehr viel Wissen und haben dieses bereitwillig geteilt. Eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Auf Wünsche oder Kritik wurde sofort und freundlich eingegangen, ich würde Lalitha in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Ein besonderer Ort ☺️

It is a safe heaven for solo travellers. Good value for money. Knowledgeable tutors.

Thé place is quiet, well look after, and with some Nice détails of plants and autels. Thé place was clean and thé staff Lovely and amazing teachers very humble and full of knowledge

The yoga instructors were very good, although it was a bit confusing to change teachers during the 3 weeks teacher training.
