Joy Prater
Joy Prater is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist based in Totnes, Devon, UK. She has practised yoga for most of her life and trained with the Devon School of Yoga, completing both the Teacher Training and Postgraduate Yoga Therapy programmes. Her teaching style is gentle, slow, and accessible, blending Hatha Yoga with mindfulness and somatic awareness, Yin Yoga, and restorative practices, and welcoming students of all levels. Joy teaches classes and leads retreats in the UK and abroad, and also shares accessible yoga and wellbeing practices through her growing YouTube channel.
