As both a midwife and yoga teacher, my mission is to guide others in believing that everything is possible. I strive to empower the community to reach their full potential. In my yoga classes, the energy is dynamic and engaging. We sweat, groove, and move to the rhythm of the music and breath, all while challenging the body to unlock its full potential. Rooted in Rocket and Dynamic Vinyasa, Gabriele brings Italian flair, anatomical precision and playful sass to every class. With a background in ballet, karate and hand-balancing, Gabs' sessions blend creative sequencing, strength and elegance. Expect inversions, fire, and flow grounded in deep body awareness and self-acceptance. A pharmacist by day, he brings compassion and knowledge to the mat, empowering students to move with purpose, embrace vulnerability and discover their strength.
