At age 5, Cristina began her musical journey in Romania with a love for the piano. Certified in various sound healing techniques and Reiki, she hosts workshops and events to share the transformative power of these practices with others.

The 5:2 menu is a gentle program designed to support metabolic balance, energy regulation, and lifestyle reset. You will alternate nourishing whole-food meals with low-calorie fasting days that encourage cellular repair and improved metabolic flexibility. On fasting days, you will enjoy nutrient-dense superfood drinks, light broths, and simple, wholesome meals that provide gentle nourishment while allowing the body to reset.
The program is structured in several gentle phases:
- Arrival and Pre-fast-days - wholesome wellness meals help the body transition into the program while gradually reducing stimulants such as caffeine.
- Fasting days - you will follow a reduced-calorie menu (approximately 500-600 calories) including broths, superfood drinks, herbal teas and light wholesome meals.
