    Amazing experience

    It was great to have 6 days of breathwork training. It was a profound experience on a personal level, and at the same time I have learnt so much to take into my daily life. The setting was beautiful, with plenty of outdoor space for grounding and retreating into nature. The trainers were knowledgeable, warm and accommodating. I spent the week with a great group of people and look forward to going onto the next level of training.
