Alexandra Salas, is a PhD E-RYT® 200, YACEP®, the founder and Chief Yoga Officer (CYO) of Bestemming Yoga LLC. She is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, Alex is also certified in Aerial Yoga instruction and American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED. Her practice includes Aerial Yin, Aerial foundations, Aerial flow, Hot yoga, gentle Yin, and slow flow.
