Come and join for an unforgettable retreat in the midst of wild horses and marine nature reserves – the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This bespoke yoga retreat will leave you spoiled for choice with secluded orchards for meditation and secret swimming spots for a refreshing dip. The yoga sessions take place in beautiful, sunny locations or cozy, local nooks, or our stunning yoga shala that offer nothing but peace and tranquility. Plus, you will be provided with wholesome snacks and lunches to keep you energized throughout the day. Trust us, you won't want to leave this serene oasis!
You will be staying at the amazing eco farm-stay with a choice of lovely dorms, bunks, single, twin, and double, or king rooms; all with shared bathrooms, or the new is a shepherds hut with underfloor heating.
Two yoga classes will be taught each day. These classes will be open to all levels. While building strength and flexibility over the three days, these Vinyasa Krama classes will prioritize the development of breath and incorporate elements of chanting, pranayama, and meditation.
You will make space to breathe, and expand your connection to yourselves. Using unique and bespoke themes for each weekend, the yoga sessions and guided meditations are all interwoven with a deep awareness and response to the needs of the group. So no weekend is ever the same.
Each group has the chance to direct the pace and direction of the sessions. For example, one weekend the theme maybe say “negate the negative” and the group is a strong bunch of Ashtangis, so the retreat will end up being a stronger physical one with lots of meditation still snuck in when they are too tired to argue!
Or the group might be more mixed and then it would respond to that energy with more journaling and group work. It really depends on people, you, and plenty of time to explore different styles and levels within the yogic system.
Nova Milesko intends to create an environment in which you can truly drop off the grid recharge in nature and really engage with your surroundings and fellow yogis for a weekend of deep restoration. You will be asked to give up your digital toys(phones/laptops and more), but remember, everything is always optional.
Nova has wholeheartedly dedicated herself to yoga for the majority of her life. Today, her steadfast commitment and focus have garnered her a well-deserved and expanding reputation as an innovative and inspiring teacher in Vinyasa, Akhanda, and Yin yoga. Currently, Nova operates a private yoga therapy practice and offers tailored teacher training in London and the New Forest. She has worked with numerous high-profile clients. Known for her irreverent sense of humor and playful spirit, she steers clear of dogmatic teachings and inflated egos. Nova makes yoga a profoundly enjoyable experience.
The retreat will be located in New Forest only 80 minutes by train from London Waterloo or Clapham Junction. There are hundreds of bike trails through the forest on the doorstep and horse riding, sailing, SUP, to name but a few. There are plenty of walking opportunities in the area. Just five minutes walk, there is the village of Pilley with two outstanding pubs, and less than two miles away is the stunning Lymington with lots of great pubs and restaurants. The nearest railway station is Brockenhurst.

During this retreat, you will be served daily meals and snacks. All the home-grown, homemade, and wonderfully wholesome food you could ask for including vegan cakes/cookies for snack time, plus beautiful breakfasts, lunches, and dinners - including puddings (the only thing you are detoxing from is digital here).
There are deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, holistic massage, shoulder, neck, and back massage, Indian head massage, and holistic facials. It is available as half-hour slots for 35 GBP and one-hour slots for 60 GBP.
