Blessed by ancient history of Tuscany's peaceful nature, and excellent organic Italian food in one of the most desired destinations in the world, you will experience a refreshing and inspiring yoga teacher training that will let you gain more knowledge and experiences. This yoga teacher training will be a fruitful and rejuvenating experience that will certainly leave an impression in your heart that lasts forever.
Your classes and accommodation will be at The Sartino, an ancient farmhouse. It is perfect for nature lovers and those who enjoy the genuine hospitality of country life. Among the rustic decor typical of the Tuscan countryside, you will be served by organically-produced food by local farmers. The accommodation is surrounded by 44 hectares of land. You are free to explore the countryside, through the woods and trails.
Have an intensive 200-hour yoga teacher training including Vinyasa yoga, Power yoga, Hatha yoga, and pranayama sessions. There will be Vinyasa flow yoga classes that are combined with functional training and Enrico's style of Zoé Animal Yoga®. You will also experience daily experiential meditations and sensory laboratories in contact with nature. In addition to training, you will be able to relax on included excursions and outdoor experiences at sunrise and sunset. There will be a free visit to the cultural heritage of Florence. At the end, you will be eligible to receive a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certification.
During this retreat, you will have a daily practice of drawing Enso circles. In Zen Buddhist paintings, the Enso symbolizes a moment when the mind is free to let what the body creates. An Enso circle is drawn with a single brushstroke, with no possibility of change or correction, representing the expressive movement of the spirit, at one precise moment. This daily practice of drawing Enso circles is not only a painting exercise. Above all, it is a spiritual diary, through which you witness the evolution of your inner lives.
Please kindly note that participants for this yoga teacher training are limited to eight persons to ensure one-on-one specific and personalized teaching. It aims to give the students the opportunity to explore the most of the depth and the practical knowledge for effective experience sharing.
