Within the Fishponds yoga house you will have access to all areas of the house including the kitchen, two bathrooms (one bath upstairs, one shower downstairs), twin room share, studio, the garden with views of ponds, and a kitchenette upstairs supplied with snacks and hot drinks.

Zita is an Archarya (Master of Yoga) which reflects her knowledge and passion for yoga. She is able to guide yoga enthusiasts of all levels and abilities in extending their own personal journey towards their goals and aspirations. Zita has 40 years experience and training in personal training, fitness classes, water therapy and GP referrals, nutrition, therapist in massage, face and body treatments, reflexology and Reiki. Her mother being a hypnotherapist and spiritualist opened her to working with energy for many years.
