Leave the busy, stressful, and hectic everyday life behind from the minute you arrive and you will begin to relax, repair, and recharge. Zita Fitness' motto is taken from the words of Swami Vishnudevananda, Health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness, yoga shows the way, and will be reinforced through workshops, breathing practice, and meditation. You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and totally relaxed.
The maximum participants in the group is 6.
During the retreat, you will stay in fishponds house and share with others. This house has three types of rooms: the Cobra room and the Scorpion room have twin beds and a shared bathroom and the Crow room that has a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The house is also equipped with a shower room, cloakroom, dining room, kitchen, utility room, large landscaped gardens, and parking.

Please book your flight to arrive at Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request.
You can come to the accommodation by bus from York or Easingwold on the number 40.
You may travel by train from any rail station that will stop by York.

Zita has a 35-year teaching experience within the fitness industry and began teaching yoga full time in 2006. Zita achieved yoga Siromani in 2012 and more recently, was blessed with the distinction of yoga Acharya, master of yoga, justifiably reflecting her knowledge and passion for yoga. By limiting group sizes to a maximum of six persons, Zita is able to guide yoga enthusiasts of all levels, from beginner to advanced, in extending their own personal journey towards their goals and aspirations.
For the length of your stay, you will have vegetarian meals prepared by the residents of the house during the Karma yoga sessions. During the preparation, Zita will discuss the three diet groups: sattvic, rajasic, and tamasic, and explain their beneficial effects on the mind and body.
