You will be accommodated in a beautiful four-bedroom villa designed for eight guests with a garden and a pool, 12 minutes walk from the sea. There is one room with an ensuite and king bed, one room with a queen-sized bed and a shared bathroom, and two rooms with two single beds and a shared bathroom.

Program

The program includes basic yoga exercises, joint care, flexibility of the body, muscle strengthening, relaxation positions, exercises to improve your inner health, and digestive system, and exercises for improving balance. Exercises are used to relax and liberate your body, and release the stiffness after the sitting meditation practices. Meditation and yoga practices will give you the chance to understand better your body and soul, look at yourself from the side, know yourself, place yourself into silence and observation, and find the answers to the questions.

Massage is additional for those interested. Massage is therapeutically relaxing with aromatherapy. In the process occurs the joining energy from the different persons, where the body feels separated, fragmented, and empty. Makes it possible to find out the places with a lack of energy or energy throbs. As a result, general well-being is improving, and harmony is restored.

The Reiki method is the natural method of evoking the healing potencies of the body itself and creates positive side effects, such as energy recharging, which in combination with the massage lets the vital energy flow freely in your body and activates the effect of aromatic oils. One can combine therapy with the complex of individual exercises. Welcome to the world of self-observation and improvement.

The core of concentration is to make conscious single-rayed, and strong, and to learn to rule your own mind. To reach this goal the sole object is picked and the whole of the subconscious is dedicated to the observation of this very object (deity, breathing, sound, light, other objects). The chosen object appears to be the point of entry into the state, not connected with it.

Meditation is like a surgical knife, cutting you off everything that is not truly yours, and leaving you with your own pure self. If you don’t use real life as the object of meditation, meditation can become your escape from reality.

This retreat takes place in a beautiful and quiet Cypriot village called Mandria. You will stay in a beautiful house near the sea. The house is surrounded by nature, you can see fields and palm trees, mountains, and electric windmills; you can hear birds singing happily all around the neighborhood, and you can breathe a salty wind from the sea.

Food

Two daily delicious and nutritious meals daily are included during this retreat. The food served includes:

  • Vegetarian soups, cream-soups, grains with Ghi oil, vegetables steamed, stewed with seeds and sprouts
  • Salads from fruit, vegetables, seaweed with natural spices, and cold-pressed oils (olive, hemp, seed)
  • Adding fresh greens to all dishes. Cooking with traditional Cyprus sauces
  • Bread and noodles from wholegrain flour
