Unplug and rejuvenate yourself with this wondrous yoga retreat in a beautiful valley of the Siskiyou National Forest, home to the magical Stewart Mineral Springs and majestic Mount Shasta in Northern California. There will be 30 hours of lecture and practice during the retreat. During this retreat, you will be staying at Stewart Mineral Springs that is home to many healing collectives, as the waters that run through the property are known as some of the most healing springs in America. The property is sprinkled with hiking trails with a river running through it and a vista in which you can view the majestic mountain of Shasta on a clear day.

There are many lodging options are available with the A-frame cabin that invites a community feel. It can hold up to 10 people sharing the three-story, beautiful home right next to the river and the yoga room. Each room has a queen bed and twin beds available for comfortable sleep accommodations.

Along with endless hiking out the back door of the Namaste House, you will venture to Mount Shasta and Heart Lake for yoga, hiking, and meditation. You may also have the opportunity to join in on an authentic Indian sweat lodge and venture into redwood territory.

Your meals are prepared daily by an organic on-site chef and consists of two large meals with locally grown and mostly vegetarian foods. You will get to enjoy a high energy breakfast in the morning and a late lunch or early dinner. These meal times are chosen to improve energy levels and yield digestive time before doing your daily yoga practices.

Things to do (optional)

Besides yoga classes and nature hikes, you can also pamper yourself with some spa treatments, massages, and mineral baths. The 60 and 90-minute massages and private mineral baths are available for an additional cost. The bath house at Stewart Mineral Springs is clothing optional. If you are the adventure type, there are plenty of outdoor activities as well, such as bird watching, rafting and kayaking at the Wild Klamath River, or swimming, hiking, and kayaking at Lake Siskiyou and Castle Lake.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport (MFR). Zenality Yoga Salon will pick you up from the airport. You can also rent a car and drive to Stewart Mineral Springs Resort.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
