Expert tip: This is one of the most popular yoga retreats offered in Australia.
This retreat introduces the guest to a variety of both Zen and Yogic meditations. The program includes full guidance and is led by an Ordained Zen Master and a Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor and is suitable for both the novice or the more experienced meditation practitioner. The property is secluded, quiet and panoramic and the groups are kept to a maximum of nine. Accommodation, vegetarian meals, and tuition are all included in this one low cost. Meditation takes away anxiety, anger, stress and fear. When these are removed from our lives, then we have the opportunity for the experience of peace and tranquility to arise.
During this holiday, you will be accommodated in Zen Buddhist & Yoga Retreat, a panoramic and secluded retreat center overlooking the Conondale Valley and the mountains beyond. The temperate climate there allows beautiful gardens to flourish, bringing in prolific birdlife and fauna.
The Kintamani Room has a single bunk on top and a double bed on the bottom and has an ensuite bathroom. It is for a maximum of two people.
The Uluwatu room has a single bunk on top and a double bed on the bottom. It is for a maximum of three people. Two single guests may share the bunk room. The Ubud and Uluwatu rooms share a large bathroom with twin vanities and a separate toilet.
The Ubud room has two single beds. It is for a maximum of two people.
The Zen and Yoga programs are combined harmoniously teaching our guests how to live a life of ease, stress-free and how a change of attitude to the world around us and ourselves removes our own suffering.
Rose has been studying yoga, meditation, and massage therapy for over 30 years. She believes in keeping the practice gentle, yet challenging, using her knowledge of both the physical and psychological self.
