Zen Buddhist and Yoga Retreat, 32 Boundary Lane, Wootha / Maleny, Queensland, Australia

Yoga Immersion into the Ancient Teachings

Expert tip: This is one of the most popular yoga retreats offered in Australia.

It is impossible to learn and understand yoga in its complete form in one lifetime. At the home of Zen Qiyoga, they have brought together the fundamental teachings of Zen Mindfulness, the essence of prana - the life force / energy and Patanjali's Yoga Sutra's. This is a starting point for your journey of attaining true happiness, an abundance of compassion for all beings and Mother Earth, and reverential respect of the origins of this higher knowledge.
