Thanks to our functional approach to the practice and the highest level of personal support, you will graduate confident in your own practice and competent in the art of teaching inspiring yoga classes that transform the lives of your students.
The Zazyoga Teacher Training is designed to accommodate all levels of yoga practice. They recommend that you have the equivalent of at least one year of bi-weekly yoga asana practice so that you are familiar with the basic postures.
If you worry that you are a beginner, DON'T! Before diving into advanced practices, you will learn the very foundations of yoga asana and pranayama so that you can confidently and safely progress towards your goals.
The training will be held online via pre-recorded content and live Zoom meetins. The course's core curriculum includes over 160 hours of expert video content for self-paced study, with constant feedback and support from the teachers and 40 contact hours made of live sessions. The course platform also includes over 150h of optional content to deepen your knowledge of your favorite topics.
Upon successful completion of the teacher training program, you will become a certified teacher with the Zazyoga Online YTT200 which makes you eligible to register with Yoga Alliance if completed before December 31, 2021

This teacher training will be held once a month until March 2022. It is a completely self-paced online course. However, Zazyoga recommends that you follow the daily schedule for over 30 days. You will only be eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance upon completion before December 31, 2021.

Marylene is a yoga instructor specializing in the anatomy of yoga, the therapeutic applications of yoga, yoga in business, and yoga for depression, stress, and anxiety.
Ella’s passion for yoga started many years before she found herself at the Upaya Yoga center in Goa. After many years traveling, volunteering, and living in holistic communities around the world, she felt the calling to India and the time to deepen her yoga practice. After completing a 200-hour TTC, she stayed in India helping the running of Upaya Yoga School. Since then, Ella has been teaching all around the world, studying and practicing, and has now settled in Bali to run yoga teacher training and yoga retreat. Ella loves sharing Hatha yoga, meditation, chakra balancing, and Reiki healing.
