Marcos has been practicing yoga since the mid-'90s. After a back injury, he discovered yoga and realized it helped ease the physical pain he suffered. Soon he met the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta School that changed his life forever. Marcos has done the teacher training course and advanced courses with the Yoga Alliance, and currently teaches in the International Teacher Training courses in Sivananda around the world, as well as in the local school in his home town of Tarifa and private lessons as well.
