This retreat offers a blend of yoga and meditation, combined with a city trip led by a native of Zurich. The program making it ideal for beginners. Participant enjoy two private yoga sessions, two meditation sessions, and one guided Yoga Nidra session. There's also an online or in-person trial lesson before the retreat. Accommodations is for one participant with a beautiful secluded patio for private relaxation. Instruction is available in English and/or German.
The accommodation is a private room overlooking a patio. It features a spacious sofa bed and a dedicated workspace with free Wi-Fi, offering a beautiful garden view. The yoga room is conveniently located next door. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the yoga teacher.
Before your retreat an online or onsite trial lesson is included to help me better understand your needs and personalize your experience.
Yve will welcome you at 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. That evening and again the next, you'll enjoy a delicious homemade meal made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, followed by a peaceful meditation session to end your day on a serene note.
Throughout your stay, you will be my only guest and your program will be entirely customizable! While the yoga and meditation sessions are pre-scheduled, you have the freedom to choose when you'd like to enjoy your brunch and dinner. Mornings begin with freshly brewed tea or a detox juice, followed by a revitalizing yoga session. Afterward, a wholesome breakfast or brunch will be served at your preferred time.
Each day features an hour of private yoga in the morning, and in the evening you can relax with a meditation session Yoga Nidra or both.
If you're interested, a guided tour of Zurich is also part of the program, offering you the chance to explore the city at your own pace.

Yve is a native of Zurich and has travelled the world. She learned yoga in Vietnam with Indian teachers during her 2 years assignment for a Swiss company. She had such a good experience with yoga that she continued back in Switzerland. As she wanted to know more about it, she enrolled at Yoga University Villeret in 2019, where she started to study yoga and its great philosophy. Today, Yve's interests are lifestyle, healthy exercise and nutrition in the aging process.

Clean eating means consuming "pure" or "clean" food. However, this doesn't refer to cleaned food or raw food. The goal is to prepare fresh, natural, and unprocessed ingredients as much as possible, rather than relying on industrially processed foods.
Across the street, you can jump into the lake and swim. It is open to everyone and free of charge. The boat station for a boat tour on the lake is also next to it. You can walk to the city center in 15 minutes and enjoy the old town of Zurich.
This part of the city offers a wide range of spa treatments and two very nice supervised bathing establishments on the lake at an extra cost. One is ideal for toddlers.
