Laura's passion for yoga started whilst traveling through India in 2016. She fell in love instantly with the open and calm feeling she experienced. Laura completed a 200-hour registered yoga teacher training course in India and is now qualified to teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Restorative, and beginners yoga. Laura has been teaching ever since in different locations around the world. Laura has put together her own unique take on Vinyasa flow using inspiration from each of the different types of yoga styles she is qualified in teaching.
Certified Ayurvedic therapist and practitioner, Halana has been brought up with alternative medicine from her mother who was an acupuncturist and homeopathist. Spreading the wealth of natural medicine, she followed in her mother's footsteps but her interests were drawn to Ayurveda. She fell in love with the philosophy and complete health system, tailored to each individual. After exploring India, she completed her studies in London with the renowned Ayurvedic and Medical doctor Dr. Deepa. She has since been practicing in London, at various retreats and working in Ayurvedic mental health care.
All meals are prepared by a vegan chef, Hunni. She trained in India, starting as a kitchen-hand in a yoga retreat. Her passion for healthy, nourishing meals meant that in no time at all, she was taking over the cooking and soon became head chef. It was in an upmarket vegan restaurant in London where she perfected her plant-based cooking skills. Hunni puts love into each meal she cooks and experiences a state of flow in the kitchen. She loves to surprise diners by the flavors that can be created using plant-based ingredients and is proud that her food is nourishing the bodies of those she feeds.
