The Yorkshire Centre for Wellbeing is Harrogate's premier Pilates and yoga studio with free onsite parking. During the retreat, you will be staying in the hosts' own large, spacious, comfortable Victorian home which is in one of the most prestigious areas in the conservation area of Duchy Rd in Harrogate, only a five-minute walk from the renowned Valley Gardens and a 10-minute walk into Harrogate.

There are three large shared rooms that can accommodate up to three people (but usually only two people per room) and two single rooms on site, there is also a single space which is screened from the main living space with another single room just off site.

There is a large dining room, two lounges, with a newly built, large designer kitchen and living area, a luxury treatment room with its own lounge consultation area and a new café bar / reception are which can also used as a second yoga studio. There are also spacious mature gardens, with a pond and water feature with a garden swing and ample seating for guests to relax and enjoy.

Program

Start the New Year with renewed health and vigor as you set your intentions for the New Year for your higher good. Ayurveda teaches the art of finding balance and harmony within your environment. In the retreat, the wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation is shared with you, so you can learn to adapt your lifestyles to enable you to be as healthy, harmonious, and balanced as possible.
