Nipun was born in an Indian Brahmin family in New Delhi and is the founder of Yog Temple. He grew up learning yoga from highly experienced and educated Indian gurus, practicing since childhood. Furthermore, he is a Reiki practitioner. In Yog Temple, he teaches asana, breathing techniques, mantra chanting, and meditation. His experience in teaching Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa helps him to provide an enriching exposure to the students. Summing up his traditional style of delivering deep yogic concepts enables him to provide a holistic experience.
The adorable Leni is a Yoga Alliance UK registered yoga teacher and is teaching asanas, anatomy, and physiology in Yog Temple. She was born in Austria, in the middle of the Alps, where she also spent her youth. By the age of 18, Leni started to practice shamanism. Later, other healing methods like psycho-energetic kinesiology, chakra-healing, and reincarnation therapy followed. During Yog Temple's TTCs, Leni takes care of almost everything inside the ashram. With her degree in Interpersonal Communication, she completes the team perfectly.

"Excellent YTT200 in Styria Austria"
The yoga teacher training (200h) at Yog Temple is an excellent place to complete your training. The course is intense and very complete and diverse. The quality of the teaching was of very high value and authenticity.
Nipun knows exactly how to guide the future teachers into the physical practice of yoga and its teaching whereas Leni is an excellent anatomy and Ayurvedic teacher. The location itself offers beautiful daily walks and the perfect place for self-study and a focused environment. The course is extremely serious and you really feel Nipun and Leni wish to make you as serious and authentic with your teaching and practice as they are.
