100 hours yoga TTC in Bali is a spiritual amalgam of yoga philosophy and concepts. This 100 TTC course includes correction of yoga asana, control breathing or pranayama, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga yoga, yoga philosophy, and anatomy, mudras, bandha, and methodology of yoga. This course is best suited to the person who is not able to complete their 200 hours yoga TTC due to lack of time.

They can come for another 100 hours yoga TTC Program after which there is no need for completing the 200 hours yoga teacher training program. Thus the land of Bali is considered to be the perfect destination for health and wellness. There will be a number of assignments/readings given to you during the course of the yoga teacher training to ensure that you are absorbing the information you are being taught. Topics will vary, and some will be written and some practical according to student needs.
