Melisa Eisler

Melissa did her yoga teacher training in 2011 without any intention of teaching. She had been practicing yoga regularly since 2004 and wanted to learn more about the practice that had become so integral to her life. It didn’t take long before she knew she wanted to share the gift with others. Her personal yoga, pranayama and meditation practice evolves every day, taking bits and pieces from more than a decade of practice, principally Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Anusara, as well as from books, lectures, trainings, workshops and everyday life experiences.
