Danielle began yoga as a way to exercise and cross train for her dance career. After she started to have a regular yoga practice, she realized it's transformation affects not only on the body but on the mind and spirit. The challenging and empowering Power Vinyasa inspired her new passion which led her to become a teacher. She received her 200 and 500-hour training at Sid Yoga Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She teaches to inspire growth and union while delivering a challenging flow leaving you feeling connected, open, and free.
