Lauren Brady (Yogi Beach Haven) has teamed up with a friend and fellow yoga teacher, Rita Toth (Power Your Yoga), to offer you the chance to head to the magical island of Ibiza for a week-long yoga retreat. You all know that Ibiza is known for its hedonism but there’s an alternative side to the island that the team would like to share with you this October. Practice yoga in paradise!
Samskara Ibiza has four rooms available on a shared occupancy basis. The villa has its own pool, yoga deck, and lounge areas which are perfect for getting to know your fellow yogis or for some solo relaxation. There is also the option to book a room privately for an additional cost.
This yoga retreat is open to all levels whether you are a complete beginner looking to immerse yourself in the practice or a long-time practitioner wanting an active and revitalizing holiday. The morning classes will be in the energizing Vinyasa style and the early evening classes will be a mixture of restorative yin and some playful AcroYoga.
Furthermore, please feel free to come alone, or with a friend since yoga retreats are always a great place to make new connections as you each will share the same passion for health and well-being.
Note: There will be free time to the beach, visit the hippy markets, explore the island, or simply relax by the pool after brunch.
Yogi Beach Haven offers a complimentary excursion which is a guided hike to a secret beach.
This retreat will take place in Ibiza, Spain. The stunning Samskara is a traditional Spanish finca nestled in the hills above Cala San Vincente. The house has been the heritage of an Ibizenco family for centuries and as such has an authenticity to its homeliness that will allow you to kick back, relax, and unravel into its familiarity. The Tanit Caves, Cova de’s Cuieram, and San Juan’s Sunday markets are just a short drive away and well worth a visit for the island’s best coffee!
