During the week we will explore how to blend yoga and Mindfulness to create a practice that brings balance to both body and mind. The integration of Mindfulness into yoga practice is a radical approach with transformative impact on the postures. By bringing you into awareness that your stiffest muscle is between your ears, it simply unlocks your practice, whether as a beginner or advanced practitioner, revealing further opportunities for growth. This blended teaching approach provides a fresh learning experience for releasing your body and mind in any situation or experience that you encounter on or off the mat.

The childrens art and craft sessions offer the perfect balance between learning a new skill while having a great time. It is suitable for children from age 6 upwards.

    Best yoga teacher ever

CONS Cons: We had big luck with having a nice room, but the most of the rooms at Samskara villa are extremely small and have no air. Luckily, Hugh and Sarah pick an other location each time to teach:) The food was healthy, simple, but the menu could have been more colourful during the week - i had the feeling that we always eat the same. I didnt mind it, since it was tasty, but still, its an area to be improved:)

PROS Pros: The yoga was amazing -highly professional and based on deep routed long yrs practise of Hugh. Hugh and Sarah are veeeery lovely and caring people, the place we stayed (Samskara yoga) was also very nice with pool outside, having beautiful view and ambience while training in the morning. I also love the idea that we had one long yoga session in the morning, so than we had time to explore different things at the island.

"Thank you to Hugh and Sarah for a wonderful Yoga & Mindfullness weekend retreat. Their teaching was knowledgeable, fun, informative, non judgemental and incredibly enjoyable. The accommodation was very comfortable, simple but very tasty vegetarian food and in a wonderful setting. Beautiful walks in surrounding countryside. Highly recommended. Vicki " website, edited

"YogaUnlimited is the most inspiring teaching I have come across in my 21 years of being on the Yogic path. I really deeply enjoy Hugh's talk about Mindfulness, his natural humility and empathy. This unique approach about moving with lightness has enlightened my practice, and opened a whole new dimension to explore. I still have a long way to go but I feel I am moving in the right direction! I am eternally grateful to have met Hugh and Sarah."

"What and amazing retreat I had with Hugh and Sarah in Mallorca. They are to yoga and midfulness like Batman and Robin: The Dynamic Duo. or like subject and verb: Perfect complement. The sessions were fluid, dynamic, interesting, deep. I had a real break through. Can't wait for more."

"Had a wonderful week in ibiza with Hugh, a very knowledgeable, experienced and approachable teacher. I already believed in the importance of 'softening' what can be quite a 'hard' Ashtanga practice and, with very clear explanation, he helped make everything feel much more effortless and light. I highly recommend practicing with Hugh at any opportunity. Thanks Hugh for a great week!"

"I've just returned from retreat with Hugh and Sarah in Ibiza. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough! They create a very peaceful, happy and open learning space to explore yoga and mindfulness without judgement. They are wonderful at catering for all levels, and get everyone working at their own level of challenge. I'm sure I'll be seeing them both very soon again somewhere in the world! Thank you so much Hugh and Sarah."

"Hands down the best yoga in Oxfordshire! Having recently relocated to the UK, I was searching for the right yogi's to guide me through my flailing practice. I searched leisure centers, gyms, local villages, nothing was filling my need. Then I found Sarah and Hugh! After the first class, I was hooked. They were open, non judgmental and very knowledgeable. The classes they teach are wonderful for everyone. You are missing out if you haven't taken yoga from Hugh and Sarah! Namaste."
