Anastasia discovered yoga 25 years ago to relieve chronic back pain. It still keeps her on the mat as does (SAD), internal/external strength & flexibility as well as serenity. After 20 years teaching in universities around the world, she now focuses solely on teaching yoga. She loves helping her students temporarily block out their hectic lives, still their minds & simultaneously find peace & vitality . Emphasizing the breath in her teaching, she believes if people knew how to tune into their breath they'd be able to control their thinking, emotions & lives more easily.
