If you like to work hard and play hard, then this for you! Six nights and seven days diving deep into the practice of yoga, whilst discovering and enjoying the Island life of Ibiza. A step back from your routine, and a step into a different space. Our goal is to share with you the experience of living here in Ibiza and work with you through the journey of your practice. All of our team members are full-time residents of the Island and we know every corner of this special place.

The practice of yoga influences many aspects of our beings, eventually aiming towards a stronger control of our emotions and minds.In order to achieve this, we must focus on the body first, through the muscles, joints, articulations and the nervous system. We need the body to be at once loose, flexible and toned, controlled and strong; and finally relax the whole body as well as the mind. This is a goal to work towards, and yoga is a powerful way to achieve this.

We all have busy lives, confused between work, family, social life sometimes. This is a chance to take a step back and dive into your practice, discover Ibiza, and relax.

Accommodation

All our rooms are very spacious, with natural light, all opening up on terraces and a lot of storage space. You can choose a private room, a double room, twin share (bathroom shared with one other room only) or a shared twin or double room with en-suite bathroom. If you are looking for more privacy you can opt for the studio, with en-suite bathroom and a little kitchenette.

During the week, we will start the day practicing on our terrace or a by the pool. The morning practice will be explorative, dynamic and finish with a guided meditation and relaxation.

During the evening sessions, we will offer a very well balanced mix of classes, wit Acro yoga workshops, guided meditation, yoga Nidra (ancient relaxation techniques), and theory classes.

After each morning class, we will have a brunch together on our terrace. After brunch, it is your free time! You can decide to rest or sunbathe by the pool and just relax, you can book a massage or alternative treatments with one of our therapists, or head to the beach and explore the Island!

Spring is a very special time in Ibiza. After the winter month, when the Island (and Islanders!) have had their rest, there is that sen of a fresh start, for nature, and people alike, with the excitement in the air of the new season, starting. Nature here at that time of the year is very special. You will see many wildflowers, crystal clear waters, and amazing lights and colors.

From the yoga Finca, you can walk to the village within less than five minutes or go exploring further of course, as long as we see you back for practice 8.00 a.m. the next day.

If you wish to stay longer (or come earlier, please just let us know and we can possibly arrange of help you find accommodation around).

Instructors

Arlette Amouyan
The practice will be the combination styles of Yoga drawing from my influences from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, traditional Hatha and background in dancing. These all help me understand deeply the body, the breath and the physical aspect of the practice. Further studies through my teacher trainings, enabled me to link the physical practice with the philosophical facet of the powerful discipline. I have now been teaching for over 10 years, in London, Barcelona and Ibiza, and looking forward to sharing this practice with you!

Retreat location

The retreat will take place in a beautiful, extremely spacious, modern yet retaining the Ibiza style. The house has two living rooms, dining room, outside dining terrace, a swimming pool, and roof terrace. This beautiful Finca (Ibiza House) seats on a small hill surrounded by pine trees yet minutes walk away to the charming local village of San Carlos.

There you can find cafes, bars, restaurants where you can stroll down anytime and have your moments in the evenings (or during the day). We are five to 10 minutes drive away from some of the most stunning beaches of the Island (Cala Nova - our favorite! - Aguas Blanca, Es Figueral, Cala Llena). We are also six to seven minutes drive away from the village of Santa Eularia, with many shops, restaurants, the beating heart of the North of the island.

Food

All our food is vegetarian. You will be served a beautiful brunch every day after the yoga class. Most of the products we used are locally sourced here in Ibiza. If you wish to have a light breakfast before yoga (two hours before class) there will be daily fruits, yogurts, muesli, vegetarian milk, tea, and coffee at your disposal. A light snack will be offered for the afternoon. Two evening meals will be included at the house, and you will find a lot of lovely options down at the village too!

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

From Ibiza Airport you can choose to take a taxi (many lining up) and come to the Finca. This will take about 25 minutes and is about 35 EUR.You can also decide to take a bus, you have different options depending on the time of the year. If so, please let us know and we will e-mail you all the information (it pretty easy, will take about 45 min to an hour and the cost is 4 to 8 EUR).

You can also decide to rent a car straight from the airport if you plan (which we recommend!) to explore the various parts of the Island during your stay. All main car rentals are available at the airport, many also available on line.

If you have any questions or any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will give any detailed information to make your arrival as easy as possible!

The last option is to book a private driver to pick you up. We can arrange this for you at additional cost (cost depends on the number of people, time of arrival, and much more). Just get in touch if any questions.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 14 days before arrival.
