You'll be staying in traditional red cottages newly renovated inside with private bathroom. The retreat price includes a shared accommodation with one other person. If you wish to book a private room, let YogaShala Blidö know!

Program

The morning classes will be taught as traditional Ashtanga yoga is taught through “Mysore Style” which is a form of self-practice in a group setting guided by the teachers.

For this retreat it requires that you are somewhat familiar with Ashtanga yoga and the style of Mysore. It is fine if you are new to the practice, just talk to the teachers if you feel unsure about joining.

During the days you will have workshops focusing on different aspects of the physical practice (jump-back/through, arm balances, backbends/drop-backs, hip-opening postures, etc.) and yoga philosophy classes. You will end the days with Yin yoga and relaxation.

The retreat center is located in a beautiful little village called Gopshus, surrounded by forest and small rivers. The lake for swimming is located within walking distance. Dalarna has beautiful red cottages all around!

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN). There are trains straight from Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) to Mora Station. From the station, YogaShala Blidö will pick you up with a car and bring you to the retreat centre. There are also parking spots at the retreat center if you are traveling by car.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 14 days before arrival.
