Surf and Yoga Retreat Costa Rica

The Osa is the last untouched area of Costa Rica. The last truly wild, far out, off the beaten path corner of this beautiful country. Located just north of the Panama border, the Osa is home to Corcovado National Park, dubbed the most biologically intense place on earth. With the rainforest on one side and the vast ocean on the other, the countrys largest population of scarlet macaws floating above, the Osa is truly a unique, inspiring, and life changing place. Boca Sombrero will be your home for this adventure, serving up comfortable rooms, delicious and healthy food, a swimming pool, and a yoga studio just yards away from the ocean. With daily yoga, AcroYoga, Thai massage and more, your adventure into the wild side of Costa Rica will be as balanced as a rainforests ecosystem.

Instructors

Brooke Cheatham
Before yoga came into Brooke's life, she was a young mother, strapped to a corporate job, with a laundry list full of guilt, shame, and baggage from a turbulent youth. Fitness goals led her to yoga and she became physically strong, but slowly began to notice changes occurring in her actual nature. The baggage from her past started to slowly get stripped away. Brooke began to realize who she was deep down and, deep inside, beauty started to unfold where there was once only pain.
