This 300-hour yoga teacher training at Yogasamskriti is an advanced, in-depth program that encompasses vast aspects of yogic knowledge, theoretically and practically. It further refines and adds to the skills acquired in the earlier Yoga courses. Yogasamskriti's training combines the traditional teachings of traditional yoga, philosophy and Ayurveda, so that the trainee gains a thorough understanding of yoga asanas, philosophy, physiology, anatomy, adjusting, chakras, mudras, mantra-chanting, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurveda. The students will receive a certificate of 300-hour yoga teacher training after the completion of the course. This certificate qualifies to teach yoga internationally.

Yogasamskriti 300-hour yoga teacher training comprehensively covers all aspects of yoga from the basics into the experience. Their students will learn from the experience, not from books. Trainees are guided into studying and incorporating Patanjali’s philosophy into their daily routine, along with the subtle, spiritual practices like mantra-chanting, pranayama, and meditation. Yogasamskriti supports the aspirants to develop a comprehensive yoga routine, with emphasis on alignment and adjustment and including spiritual practices, that they can sustain and preserve.

Please read a copy of the Bhagavad Gita and write a short recession about it (one page is enough). Before the training starts, Yogasamskriti also recommends you read their articles and blog posts to gain a better understanding of their philosophy and the experiences provided.
Students are required to maintain a peaceful environment. Gentleness as the foundation of yogic life is to be followed in speech and actions. Yogasamskriti lives purely and takes only natural and healthy nutrition. Any kinds of drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, and meat are prohibited on the premises and during the training. In order to be receptive and available at their full capacity, they need to observe a good and healthy sleep. So, they ask the students to observe silence after 22:00.

Rahul Ji is a passionately committed teacher of Yoga, having diligently internalised all aspects of yogic knowledge. He studied at the Ashram of Swami Rama, learned Yoga and meditation according to the Himalayan Tradition. He has shared his knowledge of Yoga and meditation in ashrams, yoga schools, and international yoga festivals around the world, integrating techniques from many Yoga paths including Hatha Yoga, Dhyana Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. His work integrates body, mind, and spirit into a holistic practice that helps his students explore the depths of their inner selves.
Ell studied human biology at the University, earning her MSc with a focus on brain research and behavioral endocrinology. She fostered her passion for a holistic lifestyle by learning Traditional Chinese Medicine, specifically western herbs and acupuncture as well as hypnosis and lucid dreaming as healing techniques. Her approach of western sciences combined with ancient eastern methods provides a practical holistic approach, her students improve their life quality, reduce suffering, and find a benevolent way of living as an individual and as part of the human global society.
Yogacharya Sandeep Pandey studied the vedas and practiced the deeper and more subtle aspect of Raja Yoga. He has been teaching Meditation, Pranayama, and Shat Karma to students from around the world at Swami Rama Sadhka Grama. Sandeep holds a Master’s Degree in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. He is a guest teacher at the Banaras Hindu University and he is a renowned teacher for the International Yoga festival.
Deepak is one of the next generation yoga teachers who's shaping yoga’s future. He finished his bachelor of science in yoga therapy in India at Uttrakhanda University in Rishikesh. Deepak teaches Hatha yoga and his inspiring classes encourage students to move mindfully; helping them to be more aware of their habits of body and mind. At the age of ten, yoga came into his life and he never stopped since. He has been leading workshops and teaching yoga internationally.
