Yogaretreatperu mission is to create a safe and nourishing environment away from everyday life where you can immerse in sacred practices.
Yoga Retreats (1)
After several years of travel and professional experiences in the 4 corners of the world, it is through a stay in immersion in a primary community of the Peruvian jungle that he has reconnected with the richness and beauty of a simple life! From a healthy body to a healthy mind. Life then gave him the opportunity to organize silent yoga retreats and run a holistic retreat center . Gradually, he gained the confidence to lead his own projects. His practice is inspired by traditional hatha combined with the requirements of Iyengar for optimal alignment.

"Great yoga retreat at nice and peaceful location in Pisac"
Location was beautiful, nice house with garden, sauna, great food, good ambiance. The program of the retreat was great: the yoga & meditations, music, walking in nature. Would recommend this place and good value for money.

"Sacred Valley Dreams"
John Carlos was a great host! I am very happy I booked 7 days with Yoga Retreat Peru. The value for the money was excellent! The food was really healthy, yoga classes were personable and the people there were all friendly there too. This is an excellent way to unplug from the modern world and re connect to nature.

Everything was perfect for me. I found my place easily in the group that was there before me, JonhCarlos is beautiful, he is open mind, he listen is guest, he is there for them and give everything he can to make their stay a nice one! I came only for a week but then I was so good that I decided to stay longer, an other week. This place, the landscape, the energie and the people are amazing. You always have access at the yoga studio, a place where its always good to be, clean, big and fresh air. It has what you need to practice aswell. Also, there is a nice place near the Urubamba river when you need time to be alone or just relax. The stay is organize to make sure that you have enough time to explore (nice towns around and hikes to do), be on your on, relaxe and energize yourself!
Also, the rooms are clean, big, have shampoo and towel abd the beds are confortable!
The food was always really good, vegan or vegetarian, there was always enough and even more! You might have to bring just a bit of snacks if you need to eat between the meals or if you want specifics things, but town is near by if you need something else. :)
Thank you for everything, I feltreally good and I loved it so much !

"Giancarlo will help open your heart in the Sacred Valley."
Giancarlo is a very special person and he has such an amazing energy and soul. He has a strong intention to hold space for you to help you heal and grow. His yoga classes were exceptional, he had real intuitive feel for what I needed. I had some of my strongest meditations ever with his guidance. He is very connected to the community here in Pisac and he has a special talent and ability to really help you find what you want and need out here. You tell him what you need and he will make it happen.
The house was beautiful, the stars were to die for. The property also has an outdoor iron stove sauna that is very healing. It also had a comfortable Maloka for ceremonies that I really enjoyed. I did allot of healing and integration on this retreat and it was exactly what I needed. I also met some amazing people at this retreat as well. He creates a fantastic experience that you can build on.

"5 day yoga and meditation retreat in the sacred valleys"
I really liked the yoga and meditation and ceremony exercises, I felt like the instructor made a big effort to bond the group which was important! there was a great group of people on my retreat which also made it better. The facilities and location was beautiful, we had a sauna and a Molokai and we were surrounded by gorgeous mountains.

"Great value, awesome group, amazing experience"
The yoga classes were great, the food was very healthy and tasty, and we had a great, diverse group of people from the US, Germany, Holland, France, and the UK.
I got my own room even though I paid to share a room... although I wouldn't have minded the company, either. The house was cool. It had a wood fire sauna that was lit a few times, a hammock, a "temple" cabin where we did the Ayahuasca ceremonies, and a nice outdoor patio where we are a few of our meals.

"Relaxing yoga in beautiful surroundings "
I really enjoyed my time at yoga retreat Peru. The accommodation was lovely and the whole experience was excellent value for money. The yoga was on the gentle side and it was just what I needed at the time - however some may find it not energetic enough.

"Connecting with nature, yourself and others"
Where to start? I loved the space, the team and yoga instructors, and the people i met through this experience. Everyone was super kind, i felt very much like home right from the start. The place is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and a river in the midst of nature. The retreat really helped me connect with nature, myself and the other people there, especially after some stressful months of traveling! The food was really tasty, there were lot’s of workshops and activities around this area which were so much fun and there are plenty of day hikes you can do from there.

"Amazing place! "
The place of the retreat is wonderful, right in the middle of the sacred valley, surrounded by mountains and beautiful nature. Very clean and spacious rooms. And the food is lovely, very healty, and created with love. There’s a big garden down to the river, where you can sit quietly if you want to be alone for a while. There was a nice energy in the group and with Gianni and the other helpers, doing nice activities like hiking up to a waterfall, discovering little towns, enjoying a sweat lodge and cristal bowl sound healing. And yoga off course, gentle yoga suitable for beginners as well as more advanced practisers. I will recommend for sure and will go back one day!

Location in the middle of the sacred valley, between mountains, next to a river, with a fire place - and the full moon made it perfectly magical.
Nalaya did an amazing job in giving space, hosting, guiding and caring for all of us.
Petra was great at introducing kundalini yoga to us and S. Our cook did simply magic with her tasty vegan meals (and i'm not vegan actually, anymore).
It was very intense these six days, but so much work was done, emotions released and situations resolved ... there was going far more on than anticipated.
I'm happy and glad i found this retreat and joined witout a further doubt ... it just felt rhat is where i need to be ... and so was it!!! Aho!
