Yogacharini Amrita is a yoga guru. She has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching yoga to hundreds of needy people and helped them develop a healthier mental, emotional, and spiritual state for more than 12 years. She was honorable invited for the government of Pondicherry in India as a honorable speaker and workshop conductor. She was also the winner of the yoga sport championship 2016. She has much experience in more than 300 asanas meditation and all pranayamas following the real path of yoga based in the sutras of Pantanjali.

Retreat location

Maafushi Island is located very near to the capital island Malé that befalls in the administrative atoll of Kaafu. Maafushi is an island that is gaining a status of hot-favorite tourist destination. The island offers alluring blue lagoons and sandy beaches along with posh accommodation facilities coupled with options for a wide range of leisure-time activities. Thus, this medium-sized island is an ideal place for those who seek adventure and relaxation.

All participants must be willing to accept a vegetarian diet based on sattvic ahar food. Vegetable salads, fresh fruits, and juices will be provided. Not only that, coconut water, lemon water, and herbal tea will also be provided. On the second day, you will have the chance to fast by only consuming water. This detox program will give you the chance to detoxify your body and cleanse your body from toxins.

Arrival by airplane

The closes airport is Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (MLE) in Malé. On your arrival, Yoga + Dive will meet you personally at the airport and go together to the island and hotel.
