The satkarma consists of six groups of purification practices. The aim of Hatha yoga and, therefore, of the satkarma is to create harmony between the two major pranic flows, ida and pingala, thereby attaining physical and mental purification and balance.

Yoga asanas practice

Yoga poses also purify and help heal the body, as well as control, calm, and focus the mind. Yoga Asana is practiced daily two times a day. Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga is practiced during the yoga classes.

Yoga philosophy

Yoga philosophy is one of the six major orthodox schools of Hinduism. Ancient, medieval, and most modern literature often refers to the Yoga School of Hinduism simply as yoga retreat includes basic yoga philosophy sessions that provide knowledge about the origin of yoga, where yoga came from and why it is done.

Pranayama and meditation

Pranayama and meditation session is very helpful for the practitioner to get inner peace in life. You are often so busy that you feel there is no time to stop and meditate. But meditation actually gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused.

Ayurveda and diet

Ayurveda has stood for the wholesome physical, mental, and spiritual growth of humanity around the world. Today, it is a unique, indispensable branch of medicine, a complete naturalistic system that depends on the diagnosis of your body's humors.
