A cottage by the sea

Sabrina Marr grew up in the Swiss Alps, dedicated to a healthy lifestyle from an early age. As an elite athlete, competing in the Gymnastics World Championships, she focused on the physical, mental and emotional components needed to achieve the serenity to compete at the highest levels. As part of the daily training routine, yoga was incorporated to work on strength and flexibility. She then went on to work in corporate America for 20 years but never forgot that movement and healthy diet were the foundation of her wellbeing. Now she is sharing her wealth of knowledge with her guests.

The Hamptons is a popular summer destination for New Yorkers, a hidden gem for beach lovers. Quogue is a small village located in the Hamptons region of Long Island, New York. The accommodations and yoga facilities are on Dune road, right between the ocean and the inner coastal water. If you love the water, here is where you want to be!

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK). You can take a airtrain to Jamaica station, then take Montauk bound LIRR train to Westhampton, and be picked up by YOGAMARE RETREATS. Uber is available for about 200 USD.

If you arrive at Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP), you can take an Uber for 70 - 80 USD. YOGAMARE RETREATS can pick you up for 60 USD.

Arrival by train

FRom New York CIty, take Montauk bound LIRR train to Westhampton, and be picked up by YOGAMARE RETREATS or take the Westhampton line Hamptons Jitney from Manhattan to Quogue, and be picked up by YOGAMARE RETREATS.
