In a beautiful place near the sea and the fantastic gorge of Bouraikos, Marina and Ioanna will guide you in a journey to wellness where you will recharge your batteries for the winter, reshape your body and soul, detox and savor vegetarian homemade Greek food, and introduce yourself to daily yoga, Pilates, and Callanetics classes. You will return to your everyday life, ready for the winter, and full of energy and inspiration.
The package includes one trekking day trip to Bouraikos gorge.
Marina completed her training in Pilates in 2000 and in 2001 she went to Chicago, USA, for the training in Callanetics method and Pilates. In 2008, she completed 200-hour training in YogaWorks system, a combination of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Yin yoga. This combination has the profit of the Ashtanga dynamic style together with the right alignment of Iyengar and the flow of Yin yoga.
Io's yoga lesson is enriched from her education and training in environmental and pedagogical studies, outdoor education, and facilitating. She is also trained in Thai massage. As she believes that being in nature is very important for connecting, and it helps everyone’s "human nature" to be more balanced and happy, she doesn't want to miss a chance to be outdoors.
This retreat will be held in Diokopto, Peloponnese, Greece.

During the retreat, you will be served vegetarian homemade brunch and lunch or dinner every day. The meals include macrobiotic Mediterranean diet.
You can go on an optional day trip to Delphi or Ancient Olympia or join Greek cooking lessons. These are available at an extra cost.
