Ashlyn has a long history with physical expression predating Yoga. Born and raised on the island of Kauaʻi, Ashlyn grew up dancing hula. Particularly entranced by the depth and power each movement bears beyond the physical, she fell in love with the ability to tell stories, to share, to teach, and to inspire everyone to transcend the physical into the spiritual and emotional values she holds dear. Her training and practice has enabled her to segue into Yoga as more than simply a physical form, but a practice that offers clarity, self-love and love for all forms and walks of life.
