Silent Yoga Retreat in Spain

You will stay at Masia Escrigas during the silence retreat. There is a huge garden, swimming pool, tennis court and a river nearby for you to enjoy during your free time. You can choose to stay in either a shared room or a private room.

Program

The daily schedule is from 7 am to 9 pm. In addition to seated meditation, you will also be practicing pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga, ecstatic dance, and contemplative hiking. They also offer yoga philosophy and mindfulness lectures to help you reflect on things that might be arising for you.

It is best to have some prior meditation experience before embarking on this retreat.

Please note that as this a silent retreat, there will no phones, no books, and no music allowed.

Vegan meals will be prepared by Heather & Lezanne, according to sattvic principles, which aid meditation and digestion. Please let Yogalinda know of any food allergies you might have when you sign up. All food will be gluten-free as well.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flights to arrive at Girona–Costa Brava Airport (GRO) or Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN). Transfers from and to the airport are not included. However, a car sharing excel will be sent out to the participants and they can organize cars and taxi together. Please contact Yogalinda for more information.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 15 days before arrival.
