Come and spend 6 nights in silence of mouna. Join this retreat to journey within, without any distractions. This will be a transformational experience for all who attend. There will be yoga, meditation, pranayama, ecstatic dance, mindfulness lectures, and more. You will receive vegan meals, and the accommodation grounds have many places for you to spend your free time. Make sure to book soon, as rooms fill up fast with this unique retreat and not-to-be-missed location!
You will stay at Masia Escrigas during the silence retreat. There is a huge garden, swimming pool, tennis court and a river nearby for you to enjoy during your free time. You can choose to stay in either a shared room or a private room.
The daily schedule is from 7 am to 9 pm. In addition to seated meditation, you will also be practicing pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga, ecstatic dance, and contemplative hiking. They also offer yoga philosophy and mindfulness lectures to help you reflect on things that might be arising for you.
It is best to have some prior meditation experience before embarking on this retreat.
Please note that as this a silent retreat, there will no phones, no books, and no music allowed.

Heather began practicing Hot yoga in Toronto, Canada, 20 years ago. Heather has been lucky to have been trained under Baron Baptiste (Baptiste Power Hot), Ted Grand (Moksha Hot Yoga), Alex Leikermoser a.k.a. yogagurl and the Tribe yoga instructors, Scarlett and Raquel. Heather is certified in teaching Hot Vinyasa and Prenatal yoga and has been teaching for over 10 years and has been teaching teacher trainings for over 7 years. Her background in business and marketing has allowed her to help yoga teachers follow their dreams in her 1 on 1 yoga business coaching services.
Lezanne is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 500) through Yoga Arts and has completed a 40-hour Ashtanga teacher training with Caroline Klebl. Lezanne has also finished a 9-month Anatomy Teacher Training course through Leslie Kaminoff's The Breathing Project, as well as completed Sadie Nardini's Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.

Vegan meals will be prepared by Heather & Lezanne, according to sattvic principles, which aid meditation and digestion. Please let Yogalinda know of any food allergies you might have when you sign up. All food will be gluten-free as well.
