Accommodation

The shared dorms are spacious and comfortable. You are sharing the room with 4 to 5 people in non gender-mixed rooms. Yogaji provides the linen and towels. They have all necessary facilities for sleeping and yoga practice. Just come as you are!

Program

Therapy yoga is a form of teaching that invites you to know more about physiology, body nature, and understanding asanas and pranayama to establish an individualized practice to fit your needs. With kindness, friendship, and sharing as the base of the teaching, learn more about heart coherence, following the pulsating rhythm of the heart to know what is the right action for you.

The teaching implies some theory on anatomy, osteopathy sessions, yogic techniques, breath study, and pulsating techniques. Knowing yourselves, you will find what is the technique needed to calm down the mind, emotion, and physical imbalances. Learn to listen to your inner guide and adopt your own therapeutic need.

At the heart of unity

Yoga was transmitted in an individual teaching from master to disciple. That is where Yogaji wishes to bring you back. Some practices like meditation will be collective but you will be able to have individual teaching and or treatment with the yoga master or an osteotherapeute to know more about yourself and according to where you are on your path. You will have yogic practice which combines asanas and pranayama, as well as daily teaching on heart coherence.
