At the heart of unity
Yoga was transmitted in an individual teaching from master to disciple. That is where Yogaji wishes to bring you back. Some practices like meditation will be collective but you will be able to have individual teaching and or treatment with the yoga master or an osteotherapeute to know more about yourself and according to where you are on your path. You will have yogic practice which combines asanas and pranayama, as well as daily teaching on heart coherence.
