Cleansing, restoring, and renewing through yoga, mindfulness and detox. Enjoying guilt free, healthy, light, delicious, vegetarian meals. First cleansing the body, after which we restore and renew, so that we can start fresh, relaxed and re-energized, with new ways and a healthy start. During the week you will be eating delicious healthy foods, experiment with super foods, learn new easy recipes to take home with you, but most important we will learn how to connect again, cleanse, restore, renew and listen to our own bodies and its true needs. Leaving the retreat feeling energized, lighter and fulfilled. This week will take you on a journey of remembrance, remembering how to trust in your own body again and re-learning about food and the choices you make.
