I just got back from a 3 days retreat, and i have to say I had a brilliant time. Isabella welcomed me like an old friend, taking me to see the local area, inviting me to dinner and introducing me to her family. I was the only person doing a retreat at this time, so I had the apartment all to myself which was nice. It was a very relaxing break and I came back feeling both rested and energised. In terms of the actual yoga, we did 2 classes a day in the sunshine, each 1.5 hours which means that you really get a good amount of exercise each day. Isabella is a great teacher, clearly very experienced in many styles of yoga and she tailored the lessons to my preferences. I tried power yoga and yin yoga, and having not done this style before I found that I really enjoyed it and will be searching for more classes throughout the year. We also did a walking meditation each day. Breakfast was included, and this consisted of fruit grown around the villa and baked goods made by Isabella's mother. In terms of excursions, I did the bike tour which was a lot of fun, stopping at local farmhouses and trying their products. Isabella also took me to Alberobello and to a resort with an infinity pool. I would really recommend this retreat, as it is very personal, and is great value when you consider the amount of yoga each day. Thanks Isabella for a lovely break!
I attended Isabella's classes in her "space / studio" in Selva di Fasano, Puglia, where we practiced yoga under the stars or early in the morning hours. The location is spectacular and invites you to practice and relax.I am positively impressed by her energy, attention and the passion she has for the practice and teaching yoga. She is very authentic teacher who knows how to listen and "see" the student's potential and limitations. Every lesson with Isabella is a new goal and achievement. Thank you.
This summer my partner and I were lucky enough to have found Isabel's Yogaholic retreat. We enjoyed almost one week in a marvellous place, but the best was the two-classes a day schedule, with meditation walks, which Isabel prepared for us. Probably not affordable by everyone ( the long trip to reach the place from Milan), but still this stay and retreat is definitely worth a try. I recommend it.I look forward to practicing with Isabel again soon - as she is one of the best Yoga teachers I've ever met!

I just returned from the Puglia yoga retreat and would 100% recommend it! Isabel has organized a retreat with a great mix of yoga styles (an energizing dynamic style and a slower Yin one), in beautiful surroundings. I had not tried either of these styles before but am now trying to find similar classes in Brussels, where I live at the moment, and as a result of this trip!
I particulary liked the variety of the classes, the contrast between the dynamic Power yoga and the Yin yoga that worked well. I also liked that there were not so many other participants, as I felt like I received attention and help with my yoga practice from Isabella, which I had not got in previous classes with other instructors. I had practiced Hatha and Vinyasa in the past.
As well as the yoga, I also got to explore the local area thanks to the variety of activities Isabel plans, for example the trip to Alberobello. After the lessons I felt really energized, especially the morning one, and so now I am motivated to do more yoga, including before my work to set me up for the day !
However, if you prefer, you can also relax during free time at the retreat’s lovely apartment and I especially appreciated the flexibility, arriving the day before the retreat.
Isabel is not just a great (and patient!) teacher, but also a very thoughtful and welcoming host - I hope to go again next summer!

This is my first time I participate in a yoga retreat, and I practice already Power yoga style.
I have to say that I like Isabella's ability to change from a dynamic style to another quieter style, and adapting the styles to us and coming also to meet my needs during the lessons. I like the fact that we also alternated the lessons from a Power Yoga to a more quieter and static Yin Yoga practice. After practicing I feel more and more at peace with myself and lightness and balanced, strong and toned.
I took part in the excursions and the only less interesting experience for me was the bike ride. Instead I enjoyed more the catamaran tour and the nice welcome dinner and farewell dinner.
