The sessions are well structured with a variety of approaches to practicing the classic yoga movements. Every class focuses on diverse methods and body parts ensuring that the practice never becomes monotonous. Ed is a supportive teacher who works well with all the different levels in the class whilst challenging and motivating at all times. I have been attending since May 2013 and feel that the classes have made a significant difference to my weight, flexibility and strength. I also feel that I will continue to make improvements and progress further in the future.

Hot yoga is awesome. The strength, stamina and stretching in one great class, it's now an integral part of my exercise routine. I feel great when I leave, it compliments my running and swimming and has kept serious injuries at bay. The class is laid back and fun and Ed is a great tutor. Just don't forget to bring lots of water!

I have had a shoulder pain for the last two years, tried many interventions and even often using Tramacet (prescription medicine) as the pain and mobility limitations were unbearable. I started Yogafuries classes as a means of dealing with life and after about an hour I felt my shoulder release, simply amazing! At first I thought this might be coincidence, or just the result of all the other interventions. I've also had lower back issues for 15 years but another release happened around two problem vertebrae in my back during the next class. Previously this has only happened after expensive back treatment, so I now know that there was no coincidence, getting better is the result of hot yoga practice. I now have faith that I can heal myself. I can recommend Yogafurie to anyone who likes the self-help route to well-being. Thank you so much Ed, you are an amazing and inspiring yoga teacher. I wish you well deserved success.

I had been doing pole for about a year and had hit a bit of a wall. After attending only 6 weeks of hot yoga I felt stronger and safer than ever on the pole and have now been attending Ed's classes twice a week for about 6 months. The sessions are a fantastic way to learn about and push the limits of your body in a safe and controlled way at totally your own pace and I find the Sunday evening class is the perfect way to clear your head and re-energize your body ready for Monday morning.

I really enjoy my hot yoga classes, not only have they helped me recover from and prevent further running injuries, improved my posture and increased my flexibility but after a class I feel like there is nothing I can't do. I've really noticed a difference.
