Kylie Larson, RYT began practicing yoga in 2002 in an effort to give back to her body for all the work it had done for her in previous athletic endeavors. Somewhere along the line she began to see the benefits of practicing yoga far surpassed the physical and helped to deal with the day to day stress that life throws at you. Jess is a 500hr+ yoga teacher based in Australia. Her classes are known for being playful, strong and empowering. Jess loves to help students tap into their power and strength. After finishing one of Jess's classes you will feel energised, inspired and maybe a little sore the next day. Apart from yoga, Jess loves to be outside with her dog exploring the best hikes and beaches and then winding down with a glass of wine!
