Yogadarshanam RYS 500hrs TTC covers its curriculum in 2 months contents of all RYS 200-hour teacher training course in 1st months' duration. Yogadarshanam will cover remaining hours and contents of RYS 300-hour once you finish 200 hours TTC. This is an advanced Ashtanga and Classical Hatha yoga practice and it will cover many important yoga postures of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga practices (200+ asanas). This training will focus more traditional yoga system with many modern or contemporary styles and methods.

Yogadarshanam offers accommodation to their yoga students whoever visiting Gokulam, Mysore for short time and longtime yoga courses in a clean, comfortable, and secure environment above the school as well as besides the school to enjoy yoga training with a homely feeling.

The accommodation includes good bed with pillow, blanket, bedspread; attached bathroom (Western style) with toilet; hot water and fan; most of the rooms include study table and chair; wardrobe to keep things and clothes; common kitchen / attached small kitchen available on demand; and most of the accommodation includes good Wi-Fi connection.

Your accommodation is very close to shops / market / laundry / water supply / hospitals / babysitting. Get all these services at your place on a call. The school's attached to a beautiful green garden to enjoy free time. Bicycle / scooter are also available for rent. The school also has facilities to arrange food on demand with an additional charge upon arrival.

Note: You can accommodate after personal inspection with the help of the assistant upon arrival if you don’t want to reserve.

Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.

Prerequisites

YD 500 is Yogadarshanam’s advance 500-hour yoga teachers training course. Only Yogadarshanam yoga students who already completed YD 200-hour yoga teacher training course can join this course in order to register for their 500-hours Yoga Alliance certificate.

You also have other options to reach Mysore by Fly Bus / bus from the airport or train in three hours' journey. Contact Yogadarshanam to book a taxi with safe and trusted driver from the Yogadarshanam.

Mysore local airport known as Mandakalli Airport situated 12 kilometers from the Mysore city is not servicing currently.

Arrival by bus

If you come by bus, you need to take Rikshaw to reach Yogadarshanam address upon arrival to Mysore bus stand.
