Yogadarshanam is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance offering yoga courses in UAE at the lowest cost for the first time in UAE history, having certified yoga teachers in more than 100 countries and 150 yoga teachers in the Middle East. Many people are fed up with various modern styles and improper techniques taught in yoga studios. Here, you will enjoy original Indian classical Ashtanga and Hatha yoga practice with a 22 years experienced master, trained under many Indian yoga legends and acharyas like B.K.S. Iyengar, Shivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa system, Baba Ramdeve Guruji style, Isha yoga etc.
The training will be conducted in a traditional approach along with using contemporary methods. Yogadarshanm has a mission of training skillful and confident yoga teachers to transfer ancient Indian yoga to the next generations. All yoga knowledge is served with the mindful observation of the master. Also, the course has rich content to reach all kind of people and their requirements for training and to teach confidently and safely without any injuries.
Basic accommodation will be given for this retreat with the given price. The cost may change depending on some extra facilities and needs.
As we have realized, students wanted to have their own comfortable accommodation in Dubai depending on Dubai life style convenience.
Interested students can also book course only and booking details will be set by deducting accommodation cost. Accommodation is arranged depending on availability and early bookings made minimum of 45 days. Yogadarshanam may also help you find your own accommodation. You may book online as well since Dubai has very good hotel and service apartments and facilities.
Yoga technical classes: Analysis of asanas, pranayama, kriyas , background, steps, limitation, common mistakes, application, benefits, modifications, variations, curative values for therapy, a way of sequence formation etc. Yoga training classes: Includes practice of all yoga techniques asanas, pranayama demonstration, observation, style, corrections, different yoga sequence formation Yoga anatomy and physiology classes: Study of human body (cells and tissues, skins, bones, joints, muscles, respiratory, circulatory, digestive and excretory system) from medical and yoga point of view.
Yoga philosophy and ethics classes: Includes study of (Ashtanga yoga) 8 limbs yoga scriptures(yoga sutra), life of a yogi, principles of yoga, yoga in education (physical education and values) panchakosha, panchaprana, chakras, ethics for yoga teacher, classroom environment, different streams of yoga etc. Yoga practical classes: Students should be teaching a minimum number of classes.
Seva yoga / Karma yoga classes: The students have to help to run the yoga school, which includes office work, organization, and public relations. Seva is serving and helping others with compassion, serving not for personal gratification but to uplift others. Seva is also an offering with best thoughts, sympathy, and compassion without others force (individually or in groups).
Yoga meditation and relaxation classes: Includes study of different school of meditation; students can apply any of the meditation which is suitable for them. During training, students should study at least 5 meditation techniques. The students can then apply the suitable meditation techniques to their students in the future. Different kinds of relaxation techniques are also included which are discovered from different yoga research centres. Also includes active shavasana, instant relaxation technique, quick relaxation technique, deep relaxation technique, anupreksha, yoga nidra, belly breathing etc.
Self practice classes: Includes study of different school of meditation, study of different yoga systems, great Indian yoga gurus, different yoga books, sharing knowledge, discussion, case study etc. Students should study themselves as the direction of the Guru.
Yoga activities classes: Includes teaching Krida yoga (for children), talent expression, creative work, yogic games, cultural programs like bhajanas, chanting, drama, role-play, drawing of yoga postures and concepts, yoga practice in deep forest, on stone, holy places (temples) yoga trip, tree climbing, hill climbing, stone climbing, water playing etc.
Introduction of Anatomy will be taken on Convenient time according to experts convenience. Students can do karma / seva yoga according to once own interest. The time table is structured to cover most of the required things to become a successful yoga teacher rather than just practising a few Asanas , by hearting some philosophical things etc Our TTC Study is Integrated from experts(Poorn Yoga), learning one subject leads to learn another subject very easily.
Hence, no study worries and difficulties. Remember TTC is to learn and acquire all the Knowledge to get in to the Sadana(Achieve) in the future and to teach others successfully All Contents which are listed in the Brief Summary of the YTTC will be taken in suitable time along with above Time Table.
TTC timings may be adjusted slightly for teaching convenience if necessary Students can discuss or Revision can be taken on free time with prior appointment if any subject is unable to understand
Do Conserve your energy : dont waste your time arguing, indulging in useless banter or gossiping. During the week just focus to give your 100% to the course. Even if its not the topics you particularly like chanting, singing or meditation or waking up in the dead hours of the morning.

Students should practice 1 and 2 regularly during YTTC. The following meditation techniques are only for theoretical study during 200-hour yttc and can be taken for self-study (swadhyaya) during training.
The following Asanas will be taught in detail with limitations, Benefits, Techniques, etc. along with 23 basic set of Asanas (Shivananda and Svyasa )from which all Asanas are generated originally
One who has strong interest in yoga field and has some yoga experience. If anybody has regular and consistency in the regular yoga practice is very good but not compulsory for this course. Hard work and strong dedication is very much appreciable.
Some of the subjects like Difficult Kriya, Asanas are discussed only in Advance level of practice for safety. 200hrs TTC means not covering all hours in class. 200hrs includes home work, self study, project work and karma yoga etc. Mainly, all essential masters classes are given to the Training students during this TTC.
Yogacharya Santhosh Kumar was born on April 8, 1983. He was an artist and dancer (classical, folk). Most of his childhood was spent with nature, practicing yoga with Sri Kumar (a good Yakshagana artist and yoga guru) and yoga guru Dr.R. Pai from Shanthivana Trust, Yoga, and Naturopathy center Dharmasthala (an international holy place). Later he has been trained sufficiently under B.K.S. Iyengar (yoga legend and world’s most renowned yoga master) and his son Prashanth and daughter Geethaji, Pune and from art of living system as well as enough experience from Baba Ramdev Guruji’s system.
